2011



Construction Project of laboratories in the IHSS (Honduran Social Security Institute)
For this project I was assigned by the company DIMEX the challenge of finishing it in 30 days. These included complex electrical installations for sophisticated and expensive equipment, a new air conditioning system, a new gas system and hydraulic installations. Likewise, the work required to install porcelain floor and wall, also were placed in aluminum and glass divisions. The project was completed before the deadline.

2009
Design, construction and sale of housing project in Lomas del Potosi. Description: four luxury town houses, built in 1.460 vrs2 ground horizontally, with a total construction area of ​​1300 m2, each town house has 280 mts.2 construction and is equipped with living room, kitchen, dining room, study , four-suite bedrooms, master bedroom with balcony, walk-in closet and luxury bath, wine cellar, used area, parking for two cars, air conditioning, tank, etc.. The project was developed in ten months with a staff of approximately 60 people.

2008
Restoration of the Courts of Trujillo. (Former Commander)
This is a restoration of historical monuments that the Government of the Republic was to operate as a museum in the city of Trujillo. My involvement was diagnosed, survey and preparation of construction plans, specifications and monitoring of restoration.

2007
Participation in the Restoration of the MIN (Museum of National Identity)
This is a restoration of historical monuments that the Government of the Republic was put into operation as the Museum of National Identity (MIN) in the city of Tegucigalpa. My involvement was diagnosed, survey and development of restoration plans and technical specifications. I also participated in this project as coordinator and supervisor of assembly and showcase the collections.

Designing housing project in Res. Jardines del Valle
Description: three luxury town houses, built in 900 vrs2 ground horizontally, with a total construction area of ​​750 m2, each town house has 250 mts.2 construction and is equipped with living room, kitchen, dining room, three rooms (two with shared bathroom), master bedroom with terrace and luxurious bathroom, cellar, used area, parking for two cars, air conditioning, tank, etc..

2005
Restoration of the floors of the former presidential palace.
The project of the former Presidential Palace was developed by an independent construction in which I was assigned the task of rescuing the hardwood floors in the main hall which had a serious deterioration while the design has a complex geometry that should be doubled to perfection.

2005
Restoring old house in Barrio Lempira, Tegucigalpa.
This project was assigned to me as it is part of the protection of historic Anthropology and History defending thus made construction techniques should correspond to the original execution date of the project, safeguarding all items of historical value and using different types chemicals and techniques to their rescue.
